About Rick
Rick is an attorney in Arbutus, educated in Baltimore County public schools, UMBC (B.A. Economics & Political Science, 1980), and Univ. of Balto, Law School, (J.D., 1983). Member MD Bar, MD Bar Association, MTLA. He does pro bono legal work at Helping Up Mission and Pregnancy Center West.
He is running for Maryland Senate at the urging of family and friends who are angry with legislators more interested in getting re-elected than facing serious energy and economic issues, and to help restore the balance of power in Annapolis.
Rick lives in Catonsville with his wife of 26 years, Kim (REALTOR, Coldwell Banker, Catonsville), and has five children and one grandchild. He attends St. Agnes Church and does volunteer work at Frederick Villa Nursing Home.
